The First Aid Zone provided us with practical workshops covering the essential first aid skills required to respond in an emergency situation, this also included resuscitation practical and the purpose and use of a defibrillator.
A fascinating and enjoyable half day workshop, we learned a great deal and went away feeling confident that we could manage an emergency first aid situation!
