The Emergency First Aid at Work is a one day course.
Those who attend will be able to act as an emergency first aider in the workplace.
By successfully completing this course the individual will have a very good understanding of dealing with an emergency through practice sessions and theory.

What’s involved?
This is a 1 day course which has 6 hours of teaching included.
This course is ideal for organisations where the need for a full 3 day First Aid at Work course is not necessary. Those that attend will acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to deal with first aid emergencies in the workplace, as set out in the Health and Safety (First Aid) at Work Regulations 1981.

Certification
Those that attend the course will receive a certificate from The First Aid Zone, which is valid for 3 years.
All workplace courses are fully approved by the HSE and you can be assured that when you choose The First Aid Zone, you will be complying with the HSE recommendations for first aid provision in the workplace.
The HSE strongly recommend that individuals who hold this certificate undertake an annual 3 hour refresher. This can be completed as an online course. See page for online training.
